- NewChangelog page - this page.
- ImprovedDay/night rate split billing now extracts each rate band as a separate row in the Excel output, with a Rate Band column.
- ImprovedSupply address fallback - if the supply address on a bill is incomplete (e.g. just a door number and postcode), the full mailing address is used instead.
- ImprovedProgress ring replaces the old spinner - shows percentage and step label during conversion.
- ImprovedExcel output now uses two sheets - Account Summary and Billing Periods - instead of a single flat sheet.
- ImprovedBilling Periods sheet has one row per charge period. Bills with multiple tariff periods (common with EDF) now show each period separately instead of being consolidated.
Launch
- NewProfile dropdown in nav - shows your email, change password option, and sign out. Replaces the old nav layout which didn't fit on mobile.
- NewChange password - update your password directly from within the app without needing to log out.
- NewForgot password - request a reset link by email. Link expires after 1 hour.
- NewWelcome email - sent automatically when you create an account, confirming your login email.
- NewStay signed in - checkbox on login to extend your session to 90 days.
- ImprovedPassword requirements - at least 8 characters, 1 capital, 1 number, 1 symbol. Criteria turn green as you type.
- ImprovedConfirm password field added to registration.
- SecurityIP addresses are now stored as one-way hashed values - cannot be reversed or linked to any individual.
- SecurityUploaded filenames are anonymised before being logged.
- NewMeter readings now show start and end values with an Estimated/Actual flag per period.
- NewMeter serial number column added.
- NewTotals row at the bottom of the Billing Periods sheet summing usage, charges, VAT, and total.
- FixTotal Amount Due now correctly reflects the new balance (after payments) rather than the gross charge.
- FixOctopus bills with a minus sign on the balance are now correctly interpreted as money owed, not credit.
- NewUpload any UK utility bill PDF and download a structured Excel file in seconds.
